Over 18 years ago, Travis and Kaitlyn began a journey defined by shared ambition and a promise to build a life they loved. But while their personal lives were intertwined, their professional paths took them to opposite ends of the spectrum.

Travis spent a decade immersed in the grit and precision of geotechnical drilling. His career was defined by technical problem-solving, mechanics, and working below the ground to build strong foundations.

Kaitlyn dedicated ten+ years to education and the high school classroom, followed by a pivot into HR tech consulting. Her career was defined by people, pedagogy, and the strategic organization required to help others learn and grow.

Despite their individual successes, they realized their ultimate dream was to build a legacy together—one that allowed them to prioritize their family while utilizing their unique, combined skillset.

TopKnotch Innovations is the result of that merger. It is where Travis’s technical expertise meets Kaitlyn’s educational strategy.

• From the Ground to the Sky: Driven by a passion for cutting-edge mechanics, Travis transitioned from drilling to Drone Solutions and 3D Technology. He brings the same rigorous standards of the construction industry to aerial logistics and prototyping.

• From the Classroom to the Living Room: Leveraging her decade of teaching and consulting, Kaitlyn leads the Homeschool & Education division. She applies her organizational expertise to help parents navigate the complexities of home education for anxious students with confidence.
